Eating compassionately is easy!  Whole plant foods also benefit our health & the environment.

I’m Rachel!  I live in London, UK and I’ve been vegan for nearly two years. Unfortunately vegan food is viewed as elitist, expensive and inaccessible by many.

That has inspired me to start sharing my vegan recipes through this blog, YouTube Facebook  and Instagram to show how easy it can be.

My goal is to provide simple, healthy, inexpensive and tasty alternatives to inspire people to give veganism a try.  I share the meals that we eat in our home.  I never use oil!

Focusing on things that can be made in bulk and don’t require any special or expensive ingredients.  Meals for working people.
